GOUVEIA: "Expresso do Alto Mondego" presented on World Tourism Day

The new railway tourism project "Expresso do Alto Mondego" will be publicly presented on September 27, the date on which World Tourism Day is celebrated. The presentation session is scheduled for 2:30 PM and will take place at the Gouveia Tourist Office, located in Jardim da Ribeira.

The project is promoted by the Alto Mondego Cultural Network and its main objective is to strengthen the tourism attractiveness of the Alto Mondego region, seeking to boost the cultural and heritage offerings of the area.

The initiative also aims to enhance local resources through an experience linked to railway heritage, contributing to the economic development of the region and to promoting its potential among residents and visitors.
