Elderly man seriously injured in motorcycle crash on EN122 in Castro Marim

An elderly man was seriously injured after a motorcycle crash on EN122, in Castro Marim. The accident resulted in serious injuries for the driver of the vehicle.

Firefighters were present at the scene and provided first aid to the victim.

INEM was also called to the scene to provide emergency medical assistance to the injured elderly man.

The military authorities of the GNR ensured traffic control and the investigation of the causes of the accident, also counting on the support of a helicopter for the transport of the victim.
