The writer, filmmaker and screenwriter Ángeles González-Sinde, from Madrid and born in 1965, saw her new novel "Una noche de 1947" arrive in Spanish bookstores on September 3, published by the Lumen publishing house.

This week, González-Sinde was the protagonist of a new episode of "Libros y Cosas," the ABRIL supplement's video podcast, where she talked about her work and her creative career.

In the episode, Ángeles González-Sinde stated that "in a screenplay you have much less freedom than in a novel," highlighting the differences between fiction writing and creative work for film.

The ABRIL supplement, of the Prensa Ibérica group, publishes its podcast every Friday in all the group's newspapers, and is also available on Spotify and YouTube platforms.
