There are wallets and wallets. The extra money arrives at the pension in December. And then?

The Portuguese Government is preparing a new extraordinary supplement destined for more than two million pensioners. This financial support will be paid together with the pension of the month of December.

The value of the supplement will be defined in a progressive manner, having as reference a maximum limit of pension of 1,611.13 euros. The measure represents a total investment of approximately 400 million euros.

However, there is an important distinction to highlight. The money that will be delivered at the end of the year does not represent a permanent increase of the pensions. It is a single and extraordinary payment, not a revision of the base values of the pensions.

Algarve ULS denies having prohibited workers from attending Medicine
