Documents in the Master case released by Minister André Mendonça reveal that banker Daniel Vorcaro knew in advance about Operation Compliance Zero. The information reinforces the thesis that the banker tried to flee abroad to avoid arrest. The secrecy of the entire investigation at the Supreme Federal Court was lifted at the request of the Court President, Edson Fachin.
André Mendonça fully shared the digital copies of the procedures on HD with the Presidency of the STF and with the offices of the other members of the court. Federal Police reports made available early this morning detail the banker's step by step before the first arrest, which occurred in November 2025.
According to the Federal Police, the former banker monitored the names of federal agents and probed proximity to the judge handling the case. Investigations indicate that Vorcaro urgently arranged the hiring of a jet at Guarulhos bound for the United Arab Emirates after being warned about the imminence of the offensive, which ruled out the hypothesis of mere coincidence.
