The telenovela "Quem ama cuida" reached this Friday (11th) the milestone of 100 chapters, bringing with it several plot twists. Authors Walcyr Carrasco and Claudia Souto gave an interview to EXTRA to take stock of the plot so far and preview what viewers can expect from upcoming episodes.
Among the main events highlighted are Heitor's return, Ademir's conviction, and Ulisses's downfall. Additionally, the plot features Maria de Fátima in two versions, played by Bella Campos and Glória Pires, who meet in the United States.
The major mystery of the telenovela remains unsolved: who killed Arthur Brandão. The authors guarantee that the reopening of investigations into his death will be the highlight of the second act of the story, delving deeper into the motives each suspect would have to commit the crime.
Claudia Souto states that viewers will see the same intensity as the telenovela has had so far, with even more emotion, since the characters and plotlines are already structured. Walcyr Carrasco summarizes the story as having a strong heroine, a memorable villain, and a main couple that worked out.
