Last day to vote: what is the main problem in the Oceanic Region of Niterói?

oglobo11 September 2026 at 08:00

Readers from Niterói are participating in a poll to identify the main problem in the Oceanic Region of the city. So far, heavy traffic appears as the primary concern of those surveyed, leading the vote responses.

In second place is the exploitation of internet services by criminal groups, an issue that gained greater relevance last week when 1,500 customers of the Leste Telecom operator were left without service due to coordinated attacks. The constant interruptions in electricity supply also rank among the main complaints.

Voting ends at 6 PM this Friday (11). The topic that receives the most votes will be covered in a special report by GLOBO-Niterói. The survey presents eight response options, including traffic, power outages, internet exploitation by criminal groups, home robberies, and few public transportation options, among others.
