In scenes that air this Friday, the school principal details to the doctor how his wife's death happened, opening his heart about his past.
The character suffered a traumatic robbery while he was inside his car alongside his wife. A hooded person approached them and tried to take the wife's purse. The situation got out of control when the victim tried to fight back, and Lucas heard a gunshot, seeing his wife's clothes soaked in blood.
After the shooting, Lucas managed to pull off the robber's hood and made a devastating discovery: he knew the criminal. According to Amaury Lorenzo in an interview with EXTRA, after this death, Lucas's life completely fell apart, and he decided to move to Rio de Janeiro to try to rebuild himself.
