Transparency International asks OECD to pressure STF on judgment regarding Odebrecht evidence annulled by Toffoli

Transparency International and a group of 30 civil society organizations from 21 countries sent a letter to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) asking the entity to pressure the Supreme Federal Court (STF) for a collegial judgment on appeals against Minister Dias Toffoli's decision that annulled evidence from Odebrecht's leniency agreement, now Novonor. The document was led by the NGO Transparency International and sent to Kathleen Roussel, president of the OECD Working Group on Bribery, on September 6. The letter was sent on the day Toffoli's decision turned three years old. Among the signatories, there are organizations from nine countries that are part of the OECD Anti-Bribery Convention.
