The Federal Police identified transfers from federal deputy Mário Frias (PL-SP) and from a company to the production company Go Up, responsible for the film "Dark Horse," about President Jair Bolsonaro. The investigators found the sending of R$ 645 thousand by the parliamentarian and another R$ 755 thousand by the company NTT, linked to one of the businessmen suspected of participation in the scheme.
The agency highlighted the value of the transfer made by Frias, questioning the origin of the resources, since the parliamentarian receives R$ 44 thousand per month as a federal deputy. The PF stated that the sending of R$ 645,400.00 to Go Up by Federal Deputy Mário Frias himself raises questions about the financial backing to support the transfers made to the legal entity of Karina Gama in the short span of less than sixty days.
The report was delivered to Minister Flávio Dino, of the Federal Supreme Court. The transfer made by NTT was linked to the amount that other companies invested in the scheme. The investigation points to suspicious financial movements related to the film production about President Bolsonaro.
