A fire broke out at Café Nicola, located in Rossio, in Lisbon, during the afternoon of this Thursday. The historic establishment was hit by the flames, causing concern in the surrounding area.

To combat the fire, dozens of firefighters from the Lisbon Firefighter Regiment were mobilized, who went to the location to control the situation. The intervention of the authorities made it possible to contain the spread of the flames.

Pay up and shut up! Porto forced to send money directly to Benfica's coffers

Porto has been convicted by the Supreme Court of Justice to pay around 800 thousand euros to Benfica in the so-called Emails Case, an amount that has already been fully settled. The decision confirmed the previous conviction by the Court of Appeal, which ordered FC Porto, the SAD, FCP Media, Avenida dos Aliados and Francisco José Marques to pay 605,300 euros, plus default interest. The total amount received by Benfica SAD amounted to 799,328 euros, related to the unauthorized disclosure of emails from figures linked to the red-and-white club.
