A three-year-old child is allegedly said to have been raped by a 12-year-old uncle in the municipality of Felgueiras, in the district of Porto. The case was reported by the Jornal de Notícias.
The victim, male, was taken by family members to a hospital unit on Wednesday night. After examining the child, the hospital decided to alert the police authorities given the nature of the injuries presented.
The competent authorities were activated to investigate the case. The minor allegedly responsible for the abuse is 12 years old and is the victim's uncle, establishing a family relationship between the two.
