Porsche will receive approximately 1,000 million euros after completing the sale of its stakes in Bugatti and Rimac. The amount represents the financial result that the German sports car manufacturer will obtain from this transaction.
The operation already has all the necessary regulatory approvals to be finalized, which means the sale process can proceed according to its terms without legal or administrative impediments.
The brands involved in this transaction are Bugatti, known for its luxury hypercars, and Rimac, a Croatian company specializing in high-performance electric vehicles. Porsche is selling its stakes in these two companies as part of its portfolio restructuring strategy.
