Naturgy will participate in the 4th Statewide Debt Negotiation and Financial Guidance Fair, taking place from September 15 to 18 at Tijuca Tênis Clube, located at Rua Conde de Bonfim 45. During the campaign called "Last Chance," customers of the piped natural gas distributor will be able to negotiate their overdue debts with special conditions.
The company offers participants exemption from charges and discounts on overdue bills, subject to analysis of each case. The goal is to facilitate the regularization of overdue accounts for consumers interested in paying off their debts.
To participate in the action, it is necessary to present an official photo ID, such as an identity card or driver's license, in addition to information that helps identify the debt. Service will be provided from 9am to 5pm, with ticket distribution until 2pm.
The fair is promoted by the State Secretariat for Consumer Protection (SEDCON/RJ) and Procon-RJ, institutions that organize events of this type to offer Rio de Janeiro state consumers alternatives for debt negotiation.
