The lack of Pharmacy Technicians in the Pharmaceutical Services at Dr. Nélio Mendonça Hospital, at SESARAM, is causing various operational problems. According to STSS, this situation has been ongoing for about a year and has resulted in constraints in medication management, greater reliance on overtime work, and increased risks of waste.
Given this reality, the affected professionals delivered on August 28 a new declaration of liability exemption to the Board of Directors of SESARAM. This document aims to alert to the situation and pressure management to take measures to resolve the problem.
