A three-year-old baby was allegedly sexually abused by the uncle this Wednesday, in Felgueiras. The family took the child to the local hospital, where the GNR was called to handle the incident.
The GNR recorded the case and reported it to the Judicial Police, which is now investigating the circumstances of the alleged crime. The baby was later transferred to Penafiel Hospital for medical care.
The alleged aggressor is 12 years old, which means the case will go to the Family and Minors Court, a court with jurisdiction to judge minors who commit crimes.
