The incident occurred on a residential area street and was recorded by the area's cameras.
Billy Aspinall was arrested on August 25 while trying to leave Indonesia and spent the following two weeks in detention with the country's immigration authorities. On Tuesday night (9/8), he was deported and banned from Indonesia for a period of ten years.
The Australian's case is the latest in a series of incidents involving nudity or public sex in the Bali region, which has provoked a strong reaction from local authorities. In response to these incidents, authorities decided to tighten enforcement against foreigners in the Indonesian tourist region.
