The real estate portal Idealista announced the official launch of idealista.fr, marking its entry into the French market. The company, which describes itself as the real estate platform with the most traffic in Europe, thus reinforces its presence in southern and western Europe.

To lead the operation in France, the company appointed Aurélien Flament as head of operations, whose main mission will be to build the local team and implement the brand's expansion plan in the country. The entry into France represents a significant step in the company's international growth strategy.

Founded 27 years ago, Idealista has consolidated itself as a leader in the markets of Portugal, Spain, and Italy before moving into the French market. According to Jesús Encinar, founder and CEO of the company, the expansion represents an enormous challenge that the company faces with respect and responsibility, leveraging the experience of collaborating with thousands of European real estate professionals.

Idealista has the largest real estate database in Europe, with over 1.5 million active listings, 7.3 million monthly users, and over 200 million visits per month across Europe.
