11-year-old child injured after four-meter fall at Tahiti waterfall

An 11-year-old child was injured this Wednesday after falling from a height of four to five meters at the Tahiti waterfall, in Gerês. The child was removed from the location and transported by INEM helicopter to Braga Hospital. The incident occurred during Wednesday in the area of the Tahiti waterfall, a known location in the Peneda-Gerês National Park area. No details were provided about the severity of the victim's injuries.

Arrested for possession of prohibited weapons

The Territorial Command of Santarém, through the Coruche Territorial Post, arrested on September 9 a 53-year-old man for possession of prohibited weapons. The arrest came as a result of an investigation into domestic violence that had been ongoing for about two months, with a home search warrant being executed. MP-RJ denounces thirteen people involved in the death of a cyclist in Copacabana

The Public Prosecutor's Office of Rio de Janeiro denounced thirteen people involved in the death of cyclist Cláudio Rafael Landeiro, who was killed in the early morning of August 12 in Copacabana after being falsely accused of stealing a bicycle that belonged to his sister.
