CIM Viseu Dão Lafões promotes 2nd edition of 'Dão de Portas Abertas' to showcase the territory

The Intermunicipal Community (CIM) Viseu Dão Lafões is promoting, in partnership with Dão producers, the second edition of the 'Dão de Portas Abertas' event. The event takes place on September 11 and 12. The main objective of this initiative is to showcase the territory composed of 14 municipalities that are part of CIM Viseu Dão Lafões.

Yemeni Houthi Shiite rebels took control of the city of Mokha on the Red Sea and were advancing toward the strategic Strait of Bab el-Mandeb, according to Yemeni government sources. Saudi Arabia carried out around 40 airstrikes against Yemen's Houthi rebels in the last few hours, after Houthi attacks on Saudi territory caused fires at oil facilities. The Shiite rebels, supported by Iran, announced they had taken control of the city of Mokha, on the Red Sea, and were advancing toward the strategic Bab el-Mandeb strait. Houthi forces also took control of the entire Al-Hodeida province, expelling forces of the internationally recognized Government from the city of Hays. The worsening of the conflict in the Middle East caused the price of Brent crude to exceed $102, the highest value since May.
