According to CNN Portugal, the absence of former United States President Donald Trump from the official commemoration ceremonies of the September 11th attacks has caused outrage.

The September 11, 2001 attacks were carried out by the extremist organization Al-Qaeda and resulted in the death of nearly 3,000 people, being one of the most significant events in American and world contemporary history.
