Wellow Network, a Portuguese group based in Carnaxide with origins in Human Resources, announced the acquisition of 100% of the capital of A Temporária, a temporary staffing company from the Trivalor Group. The acquired company has a turnover of approximately 12 million euros and relevant activity in the Agri-Food and Collective Catering sectors. This operation represents a significant reinforcement for Talenter, the brand that gave rise to the group, which now integrates a team of 10 internal professionals and 650 temporary workers, serving approximately 60 clients in the Centro and Norte regions of the country.
The acquisition falls within Wellow Network's active M&A strategy, which had already acquired Grupo Constant Portugal. With this operation, Talenter sees its turnover increased by approximately 13% compared to 2025, creating conditions to reach 100 million euros in revenue by 2026. Wellow Network, which has a turnover exceeding 150 million euros, more than 8,500 active employees, and more than 1,000 business clients, aims in the long term for 250 million euros in combined revenue by 2030.
The operation is particularly important for Talenter's recent focus on the Agri-Food sector, where it created a specialized Business Unit. The integration of A Temporária's activity allows for accelerating the development of this focus, adding clients, professionals, sector knowledge, and on-the-ground presence. A Temporária
