The Cultural and Recreational Association of Tondela (ACERT) celebrates its 50th anniversary with an intense program that extends until December, totaling about 29 performances and initiatives. The program includes various artistic areas, such as theater, music, circus, cinema, and visual arts, demonstrating the cultural breadth of the association over half a century.
One of the main novelties of this celebration is the holding of international tours, bringing Tondela's culture to Macau and Guinea-Bissau. These trips allow ACERT to project its work beyond the oceans, asserting the association beyond national borders.
Among the highlights of the program is the return of the International Theater Festival, which returns to the programming after some time of absence. This festival represents one of ACERT's main bets to mark the special date.
The celebration of the association's half century will be crowned with a party that intends to close the year, bringing together the many stories built over 50 years of cultural and recreational activity in Tondela.
