The national awareness campaign "Give More Health to Your Legs" was recently launched in Portugal, with the objective of promoting venous health literacy in the country. The initiative aims to provide credible and rigorous information on this health topic.

The symptoms associated with chronic venous disease include sensation of heavy or tired legs, swelling, and the appearance of varicose veins. These manifestations are signs that may indicate the presence of this health condition that affects a significant number of Portuguese people.

The campaign comes to contribute to a greater understanding and awareness of the Portuguese population about chronic venous disease, encouraging people to recognize the signs and symptoms and to seek reliable information about the health of their legs.
