The Brazilian Academy of Cinema announced the six national productions finalists to represent Brazil in the race for a nomination at the 2027 Oscars for best international film. The list considers productions that premiered in theaters between October 2025 and September 2026, with a minimum screening of seven consecutive days in commercial theaters. The final decision will be announced on April 16, and the 2027 Oscars ceremony is scheduled for March 14.
