Brazil's cycle for the 2030 World Cup begins this Wednesday (9), when coach Carlo Ancelotti announces his first squad list after the 2026 World Cup. The call-up will be made starting at 3 PM (Brasília time).

The called-up players will represent Brazil in three international friendly matches. The National Team will face Australia twice: on September 25 at the Queensland Country Bank Stadium in Townsville, and on the 29th at the Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane. Then, it faces India on October 3 at the Salt Lake Stadium in Calcutta, which will be the first encounter in history between the senior national teams of both countries.

Brazilian fans can expect new names in the call-up. In an interview with Real Madrid TV at the beginning of the month, Ancelotti defended the renewal of the National Team after the elimination in the round of 16 of the 2026 World Cup. According to the Italian coach, the World Cup ended a generation of great players and a new generation needs to begin.
