Broken-down vehicle causes congestion starting from Cancela

A broken-down vehicle in the Cancela area is causing heavy road congestion on the Via Rápida. A double queue funnelling at the Cancela junction is causing the blockage in the Machico - Ribeira Brava direction. The congestion has already extended approximately 2.5 kilometres and the trend is growing.
