A 22-year-old man, of foreign nationality, was detained by the PSP in Caldas da Rainha on September 6. The individual was detained for the crimes of resistance and coercion against police officers and illegal stay in national territory.

The police intervention originated from an incident recorded at the Caldas da Rainha Bus Terminal, according to the PSP District Command of Leiria.

The PSP District Command of Leiria reported that the man was detained by the competent authorities, with the situation remaining under investigation.
