An educational project was developed in the city of Leiria, with the main objectives of student integration and the promotion of school success. The implemented strategy results from a broad consultation process that involved the entire local educational community.
This consultation process included all relevant community partners, allowing the collection of diverse perspectives on the territory's needs. The adopted methodology sought to identify the main challenges faced by the local educational system.
Based on the information gathered from the community, the project defined clear priorities for action. These priorities were established in order to ensure an adequate response to the needs identified by the various stakeholders in Leiria's educational process.
