Prince George of Wales turned 13 and started his studies at Eton College on Tuesday. The young prince's first day of school at the boarding school was widely covered by the international media.

The Prince and Princess of Wales, William and Kate, shared on their official Instagram profile a sequence of three photos of Prince George smiling, wearing the school's uniform, consisting of a frock coat and waistcoat. The caption of the post read: "George's first day at Eton".

Eton College is located in Berkshire, near Windsor Castle. The institution is known for its historical connection to the British monarchy and for educating political leaders, businessmen and members of the aristocracy.

Festival FÉRTIL returns to Olhão with new home by Ria Formosa
