CASACOR Rio de Janeiro celebrates its 35th anniversary of the event between September 15 and November 8, at an unprecedented location: the Edifício Aliança da Bahia, in downtown Rio, facing the Gustavo Capanema Palace. The building, recently restored with a retrofit signed by the Ruy Rezende Arquitetura office, bridges historical heritage and contemporaneity in a season that invites the public to discover different possibilities for living, working, and coexisting.
The theme chosen for this edition is "Mind and Heart", which proposes new perspectives on contemporary living and guides CASACOR in 2026. The proposal is to look at the home as a place of reconnection, comfort, and well-being, amid the excess of information and the growing presence of technology in daily life.
The exhibition takes as its starting point the reflection on memory, affection, and human connections, integrating these themes with architecture, interior design, and landscaping. The idea is to transform environments into spaces capable of providing this reconnection with the emotional and physical well-being of the residents.
