SATA receives expressions of interest in privatization

SATA received expressions of interest in the privatization process of the Azorean airline. The expressions of interest were submitted within the ongoing sale process.

The expressions foresee the sale of at least 75% of the share capital of Azores Airlines, the regional airline of the Azores. This is the minimum value required in the privatization process.

The Azorean aviation company must be privatized by the end of the year, as determined by the European Commission. This requirement comes as part of the conditions established for the privatization of SATA.

Gas price in Europe hits three-year highs due to Middle East conflict

The European Commission stated that, despite gas storage levels being lower than in previous years, there is currently no immediate risk to supply in the EU.

Parpública confirms State entry into REN

Parpública confirmed that the Portuguese State now holds 13.7% of REN, after completing the acquisition of 91.7 million shares in the company responsible for the national electricity and gas networks.
