Natural gas prices in Europe hit three-year highs, driven by the Middle East conflict. During the afternoon, the price on the Netherlands TTF market, which serves as the European benchmark, rose 4.63%, reaching 76.73 euros per megawatt-hour. This increase reflects market concerns about geopolitical tensions in the Middle East region, which affect energy supply chains. The conflict in the region has generated uncertainty regarding the stability of gas supply to Europe.
