The Municipal Theatre of Covilhã (TMC~) kicks off its new season on September 12, Saturday, at 9:30 PM. The show that marks the opening of the programming is "The Luminous Violence of Perfection," a dance piece created by the acclaimed Portuguese choreographer, performer, and visual artist Daniel Matos.

The inspiration for this show comes from Maurice Ravel's "Pavane for a Dead Princess." Daniel Matos's work bridges choreographic movement with visual and performative elements, creating an artistic experience that dialogues with the classical musical piece.

Daniel Matos is recognized nationally and internationally for his work in dance and visual arts, having developed a career that combines performance, choreography, and artistic creation across various expressive platforms.

TORRE DE MONCORVO HOSTS ANOTHER EDITION OF VINHO, SABOR DOURO AT FOZ DO SABOR

The Leisure Space at Foz do Sabor, in Torre de Moncorvo, hosts another edition of the Vinho, Sabor Douro festival on September 12 and 13, dedicated to the promotion of local wines and the celebration of the grape harvest.
