The free viola campaniça classes, both for playing and for making, will be available for the 2026/2027 school year in the municipality of Odemira. Classes begin on the 14th of this month.

These classes will reach ten different localities in the municipality of Odemira, thus covering a vast territorial area. This expansion allows the teaching of this musical tradition to reach more communities.

The classes are free, which facilitates access for anyone interested in learning to play or make this traditional instrument. The program aims to preserve and transmit knowledge of the viola campaniça.
