Adapted Swimming: Marco Meneses 7th in the 50 Meters Freestyle Final at the WPS European Championships

The Portuguese swimmer Marco Meneses, from Castrense and athlete of the club O Crasto, finished in 7th place in the final of the 50 meters freestyle, in Class S11, during the WPS European Adapted Swimming Championships taking place in Kocaeli, in Turkiye. The Portuguese athlete completed the distance in 26.98 seconds. Marco Meneses represented Portugal in this European adapted swimming competition. To reach the final, the swimmer had previously secured qualification through a performance that allowed him to advance to this final event of the competition.
