The XII Fair of the Mediterranean Diet in Tavira held the 3rd edition of the Innovation Award, which distinguishes innovative projects within the Mediterranean diet. The event took place in Tavira and aimed to recognize initiatives that promote innovation in this sector.

In this year's edition, first place in the Innovation Award was attributed to the Momodoro project. Second place was won by DreamGuru, while third place was reserved for a company incubated at GreenCoLAB.

Additionally, three projects received the "Present at the Fair" distinction: Bees In Tube, Medronho in a Bottle and Nova Vida – Neuza Sermain. This distinction recognizes projects that were present at the fair.

GreenCoLAB, which hosts the third-place winning company, is a collaborative laboratory that supports the development of projects in the area of sustainability and innovation.
