Gastronomy enhances Gandarez identity

Gastronomy is being enhanced as an element of Gandarez identity through a showcase taking place at Largo da Barrinha. The event runs from Thursday to Sunday, thus covering several days of programming.

The fair promises to offer days rich in traditional snacks, allowing visitors to discover and taste the local gastronomy associated with this cultural identity. At the same time, the event also includes crafts, heritage, and entertainment, thus creating a complete experience for participants.

The concept of Gandarez identity is presented as something that finds in gastronomy one of its main pillars of expression and cultural enhancement.
