Manhole releases smoke and scares pedestrians at Largo do Machado, in Rio's South Zone

A manhole on Rua do Catete, at Largo do Machado, in Rio de Janeiro's South Zone, released intense smoke on Monday afternoon, scaring pedestrians passing by. The Center for Operations and Resilience (COR-Rio) registered the occurrence near number 11 on the street, after being contacted by the Municipal Conservation Secretariat (Seconserva).
