The Angra do Heroísmo City Council joined the launch of the first children's book by the Terceira Workers' Confederation, a work built with children's participation and presented under the motto "Written by children, for all." The project aims to stimulate creativity and expression among the youngest, gathering their texts and ideas in a publication aimed at children, families, and all who follow the institution's educational and social mission.
The presentation of the work was a moment to celebrate the work carried out by the children and to recognize the dedication of all who contributed to the project's completion. The Mayor of Angra do Heroísmo, Fátima Amorim, emphasized that the book arises from the participation of the children themselves and gives voice to their imagination and creativity.
By supporting this initiative, the Municipality reaffirms its commitment to promoting education, culture, and children's participation, valuing the work developed by the Terceira Workers' Confederation in creating learning and inclusion opportunities for young people. The City Council announced that it will continue to support projects from institutions in the municipality that encourage creativity and children's development.
