PS-M wants MAI to hurry up on the construction of new PSP police stations in RAM

The Socialist Party of Madeira (PS-M) advocates that the Ministry of Internal Administration (MAI) should accelerate the construction of the new police stations of the Public Security Police (PSP) in the Autonomous Region of Madeira (RAM).

The president of PS-M, accompanied by the current mayor of Machico, Hugo Marques, by regional leaders and other local officials from the municipality, expressed this position at a press conference.

The PS-M officials criticized the lack of rigor demonstrated by Minister Luís Neves regarding this issue.

The party also pointed out what it considers to be a "continuous posture of disrespect by the Regional Government towards the autonomy and work developed by the municipalities" of the region.
