Portugal consolidates itself as a reference European hub in advanced management education, registering its best year ever in the Financial Times Masters in Management Ranking 2026. The number of Portuguese schools represented remains at five, but there is a generalized climb in positions compared to the previous year.
Nova SBE stands out by ascending to second place in the ranking, becoming the highest-ranked Portuguese school. Católica-Lisbon occupies 25th place, Católica Porto 54th, and Iscte 62nd place, all with improvements compared to previous results.
ISEG makes its debut this year in the ranking, entering directly on the list of the best management schools worldwide. This entry compensates for FEP's exit, which does not appear in the 2026 edition of the ranking.
