The Left Bloc demanded the reopening of the radiotherapy service at the Hospital de Évora. The party also expressed concern about the situation of patients who need this treatment.

The political force also challenged the administration of the Local Health Unit of Central Alentejo (ULSAC) to inform patients, workers, and the general public in a transparent manner about the measures it intends to adopt regarding this issue.

The left-wing party thus wants to pressure the health authorities in the region to resolve the problem and guarantee patients access to radiotherapy care.
