ISEC opens registrations for Isolated Curricular Units

Campeão das Províncias6 September 2026 at 10:30

The Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Coimbra (ISEC) is accepting registrations, until September 23rd, for Isolated Curricular Units (UCI), allowing any interested party to attend higher education subjects without the need for enrollment in a complete course.

The initiative aims to bring ISEC closer to the community and reinforce the commitment to lifelong learning, enabling the updating and deepening of knowledge in different areas of Engineering. The UCI are open to the general public and allow obtaining certification upon approval.

The training completed may also be credited later, if the participant enrolls in a course that includes the respective curricular unit. Students from other higher education courses can also attend, at ISEC, subjects that are not part of their study plan, with the possibility of certification and inclusion in the Diploma Supplement.

With this offer, ISEC aims to bring knowledge and specialized training to new audiences, creating opportunities for qualification and skills development.
