Luís Herberto is a visual artist from Terceira island, in the Azores, who at 19 left his homeland to explore Europe. According to what he himself stated, he had no interest in being an artist at that time, but wanted to learn things about art.
Throughout his trajectory, Herberto ended up finding in the arts a path for life. His journey was built between painting and teaching, demonstrating a deep connection to these two areas.
