Environment and Energy fully meet PRR targets with investment exceeding 1.8 billion

Portugal's Ministry of Environment and Energy announced it has fully met all 51 targets under its responsibility within the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR), with a total investment exceeding 1.8 billion euros. The European Commission praised Portugal as an example in the fight against energy poverty, highlighting the network of 132 Energy Spaces created across the territory. Minister Maria da Graça Carvalho highlighted that the investments translated into concrete results that improve people's lives and accelerate the energy transition.
