Alcácer do Sal received a Swedish delegation linked to the tourism sector. The visit was organized by the Regional Tourism Promotion Agency of Alentejo (ARPTA) in partnership with the Swedish Association of Travel Agents and Tour Operators (SRF).

During their stay in Alcácer do Sal, the Swedish delegation visited the Pousada de Alcácer and the Archaeological Crypt of the Castle, two of the main points of interest in the municipality.

The visit represented an important opportunity to promote the Alentejo tourist destination to the Swedish market, allowing tour operators to directly learn about the existing offer.

The meeting between ARPTA and SRF aims to strengthen the ties between the two countries in the tourism sector and potentially increase the flow of Swedish tourists to the Alentejo region.
