The Authority for Food and Economic Security (ASAE) seized this week over 20,000 liters of bottled wine from a producer-wholesaler located in the Guarda district. The operation took place within the scope of an inspection action.

The seizure was carried out at a producer-wholesaler in the municipality of Gouveia. The wine was seized due to violation of labeling rules. ASAE is the authority responsible for this type of inspection in matters of food and economic safety in Portugal.
