The University of Aveiro (UA) holds between September 7 and 11 the Welcoming Week, an event dedicated to new students arriving at the institution. The program features around 300 activities, including initiatives organized by the various departments and student groups.
September 10 is highlighted as the peak of the week, when the traditional mega picnic takes place. The event features a DJ set, performances by tunas, entertainment and socializing among students.
Registrations to participate in the activities can be made through the SER+ application, facilitating access for new students to the initiatives available during the welcoming week.
