Natalino Fernandes Ximenes, guitarist of the Timorese band The Kraken, intended to create a music studio. During a trip to Lisbon, he visited LX Factory, a space known for bringing together art, culture and entrepreneurship, which inspired him to create a similar project in his country.
Upon returning to Timor-Leste, Natalino founded Container Tais, a space in Dili that crosses art, culture, creativity and entrepreneurship. The project reflects the direct influence of the experience the musician had in the Lisbon space.
Container Tais thus represents an attempt to adapt the LX Factory model to the Timorese reality, functioning as a meeting point for local artists and entrepreneurs. The space aims to promote Dili's cultural and creative scene, creating an environment conducive to the development of artistic and commercial projects.
